Over my years as being a dual international, I have met some very good trainers and some good people, but not many of those people would match Gebes. His training ethics, enthusiasm and energy, make his sessions enjoyable rather than a chore. Even in my darkest days, when not only my mental, but physical state were questioned, Gebes motivated me to get up and be there.
His friendship and loyalty were unwavering.
